Headquartered in the U.S., this Global Services company is in the process of upgrading and upskilling key parts of its global HR function. This transformation has created some excellent opportunities across the organization and none more so than this current need for an experienced HR Project Manager. The role is based in New York and will have oversight for all US, LATAM and Canadian support functions and business groups.
Reporting to the SVP Human Resources, you will have responsibility for an Americas wide, multi-year project, which focuses on implementing a new HRIS and data platform. Working with key regional stakeholders across the Business, HR, Finance, IT and Communications functions, you will define, design and align a best practice approach to critical HR and business analytics, measurements and reporting. You will also be required to manage and take full responsibility for the project’s budget. This position is expected to have a small number of direct reports, although there is the opportunity to build and define a regional team of program and process managers.
You will need to possess demonstrable program management, change management and/or transformation experience within a large, complex and highly matrixed environment. You must also display a strong working knowledge of HRIS with Peoplesoft and Workday implementation preferred. An operational understanding of HR structures and processes is essential, as is a business partneing approach to solving complex challenges. First-rate communication skills are a prerequisite, and some career exposure to the Services industry would be seen as advantageous.
