Improved sophistication in Performance Management is very much at the heart of the talent team’s medium-term objectives. A need has arisen for a senior, credible and sharp Performance Management Director to help drive this change, both operationally and strategically. Accountability for measuring, monitoring, reporting and analysing performance will be central to this role. The position will also require facilitation of management reviews and follow up on improvement actions. Strong communication is needed across the organisation to align employees with the strategic priorities of the company in this area.
A quick-witted, analytical mind is essential here. You will be expected to build & maintain professional relationships with the business vertically and provide business and industry insights across the board. As such, a minimum 10 years’ experience in planning, reporting, and performance management is expected, and affiliation to the telco sector would be of great interest.
