Well-known for established and effective HR strategies, this organization recognizes that people are the most important driver for overall business success. We are delighted to be assisting the company to find an HR Director for the second largest region.

The Role

As part of the EMEA leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the people agenda and aligning the regional HR strategy with the operational business goals. Through developing and initiating HR strategies around talent development, performance management, succession planning, etc, you will ensure the company is attracting and retaining key talent for this region. There is some flexibility on location, with Switzerland or Germany as preferred options.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with significant HR leadership experience within a highly matrixed MNC at the Pan-European level. Ideally, you will have worked in an HRBP capacity within a manufacturing environment, and can demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultures and geographies. Employee Engagement is second nature to you, and proven experience with unions or workers councils is essential. Fluency in German is a distinct advantage, and the ability to travel frequently is required.
