The Company

Our client is a well-established global provider of business process and technology management services. As a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company employing over 25,000 professionals globally, it provides domain expertise and offers analytics-driven back-office and customer facing solutions. As a result of increased business demand across key verticals and a need to upgrade core HR best practice, the SVP Human Resources is looking to hire a seasoned Director of Human Resources to be based at the Global headquarters in the US.

The Role

This is a newly created role reporting into the SVP Human Resources and will be responsible for a US workforce of close to 3,000 professionals across 4 major verticals including Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Digital, Analytics and Corporate Functions. He or she will work closely with business leaders in a true partnering capacity to understand Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and broader Workforce Planning needs and leverage the Centers of Excellence to bring forth practical solutions. A key focus will be the hiring and development of technical middle-management talent and front-line leadership supervisors. This leader will continuously drive improvement and best practice and utilize Total Rewards strategies to increase company and individual performance and productivity. Furthermore, he or she will work closely with SVP Human Resources in relation to geographic expansions, commercial acquisitions, due diligence and post integration activities.  

The Individual

The successful candidate must have previous experience across BPO Outsourcing, Technology Services Outsourcing, or a similar relevant Outsourcing organization. He or She will be a seasoned HR Generalist with a good depth of experience working in an operational, performance-focused environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is proactive and able to tackle complex challenges and influence key business leaders. Candidates for this position should also be passionate about new and emerging technology and digital platforms. Demonstrable hands-on experience is essential, as is good business sense and a practical approach to problem solving.
