We are now leading the search to identify a Regional Head of Employee Relations for EMEA.
This role is part of a newly created global ER team, and will be responsible for redefining and strengthening the capability across EMEA. There is the possibility to be based out of London or Dublin, and you will be the go-to expert on ER, labor relations and employee engagement in time. Using commercial acumen, this position will require you to advise and influence across a complex, matrix organization as further scale and growth occurs.
We are looking for a highly experienced ER expert with a track record across the EMEA region. You’ll have experience in influencing senior HR and business stakeholders, and the ability to push back when needed. A legal background (or substantial exposure to labor relations, works councils, etc.) with subsequent MNC experience would be ideal, along with being comfortable with scale and growth.
