The Role

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA to be ultimately accountable for the leadership and delivery of talent sourcing, evaluation and acquisition services across this region. The role will have direct accountability for a team, with the aim of ensuring the company has the organisational capabilities required to effectively compete for and win top talent in the financial services and technology marketplace, both today and tomorrow.  

The Individual

A proven background in Talent Acquisition is essential, preferably with a digital/analytics/technology sector bias. Experience in a technology environment is strongly preferred, and some international experience is expected. As well as deep subject matter expertise, this role requires the ability to think strategically with an eye for detail and data. You will have the credibility to interact and influence senior stakeholders effectively, while also possessing strong process skills, an ability to multitask and a strong delivery focus.
