The Role

The European business is currently immersed in a full HR transformation that will soon be rolled out across MEA region. A senior Talent Acquisition Lead is required to embrace, drive and implement this transformation, by working hand-in-hand with the key stakeholders to ensure headcount growth targets are met. Major regional projects are on the horizon that will require a sharp mind and a pragmatic approach, if the right individuals are to be brought in to the business in a timely manner.  

The Individual

A broad suite of Talent Acquisition skills will be essential, if the confidence of the Executive Team is to be won here. A knowledge of the manufacturing industry would be useful. Exposure to start-up situations, rollout of systems and the nuances of emerging markets’ will also be most useful. The team will be spread remotely across the region and so you will be able to demonstrate an organised and positive management style.
