As a result of this continued success, the business has created a new role for a TA Lead for EMEA.
Based in Amsterdam, this role is managing a sizeable team of recruiters and will be responsible for high volume recruitment. You will create talent pipelines through strategic sourcing initiatives. You will be expected to guide the team to deliver on the recruitment activities, and work with EMEA commercial leaders to help deliver on the people strategy for the business.
As an experienced recruitment manager, you’ll have an MNC background working in high volume resourcing (FMCG, professional services, etc.). Proven success as a team leader and mentor is a must, and whilst you don’t need full EMEA exposure, experience recruiting across multiple countries is necessary. You must have a strong working knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting. You should be consultative, a strategic-thinker and solution- oriented with great interpersonal skills.
