The Company

We are working closely with a well-established organisation that is possibly the oldest player in its field. Renowned globally for its various personal care products, the firm continues to expand further as its brand lineage deepens. Joining a 50,000-strong population across more than 100 countries, this Talent Acquisition Lead role will be based in Hong Kong, but will also be involved with business in Macau, and will play a key contributor role in ensuring greater success of the company.

The Role

Reporting to the Hong Kong/Macau Human Resources Head, this is a newly created position and you will lead a small team in driving the recruitment strategies as well as execution for these two markets. On road to polishing the entire Human Resources function to become more professional, you will work closely with the senior stakeholders on workforce planning which includes improving the recruitment process and upgrading the recruitment channels as the business grows. Additionally, you will also provide guidance in training the recruitment team.  

The Individual

We are looking for an individual who has deep recruiting experience skillset with some people management exposure. You must be a proactive self-starter and solutions focused to inject improvements to existing talent acquisition mechanisms and practices.
