This European headquartered company has a long history in manufacturing and is a global leader in its industry. With subsidiaries in over 50 countries, and selling products in close to 200 countries, the organisation is continuing to evolve the business model to develop new divisions. As a result, they have a newly created role for an HR Director to run their Eastern European division.
Based in Prague or Poland, you will be supporting the regional director as a business partner relating to the management and development of teams, organisations and change management within the region. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development and other HR programs, as well as working with Group HR to implement a collaborative HR strategy across the region.
You will be a seasoned HR professional who is adept at managing senior stakeholders and creating a cohesive HR strategy to embrace evolving business goals. You will need a background working in MNC environments with strong manufacturing site experience dealing with blue collar populations, and be familiar with the Eastern & Central European region. Proven abilities in leadership development and coaching are necessary to be successful in this role.
