The Company

This top ASX listed company has a reputation as an innovator in its category. Heavily customer focused and at an exciting stage of its digital transformation, this company is seeking a Senior Director, Organisational Development, based in Sydney.

The Role

As the Head of OD for a large Business Unit, this role will cover around 6,000 employees. It will involve the design and implementation of a broad range of OD initiatives including performance culture, talent management, leadership, diversity & inclusion, culture, employee engagement, capability and workforce planning. There is plenty of scope to have a big impact and innovate as well as re-invent existing programs in light of the pace of digital change in the business. This Senior Director will manage a team of 10-15 people who support the implementation of initiatives. Due to the large size of the organisation, there will be many opportunities for career progression in future.  

The Individual

We are seeking candidates with either a deep specialisation in Organisational Development, or generalists with a strong track record in OD design and implementation. Having worked successfully in a large scale matrixed environment is essential. This position would be ideal for an individual looking to return to Australia after working offshore with big global multinationals.
