Due to expansion, we are looking for a VP, HR Business Partner to lead Americas HR for the Global Operations function. This position will be based in New Jersey.
This is a highly strategic, true HR business partnering role. It is embedded in the business and works closely with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives. The person in this position will need to understand and translate business strategy into relevant, value added HR actions and initiatives. The position encompasses Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Talent Management, Integration efforts, Site Network Optimization, Succession Planning, and HIPO strategies. It will also support and help to drive the implementation of the company’s new HR model.
We are seeking an accomplished HR leader with a blue-chip multinational manufacturing background in Pharmaceuticals; OTC medicines; Nutrition/Food; Chemicals; Industrial; or the FMCG/Consumer Goods industries. He or she must be proven within a highly complex matrix environment. Experience leading region or enterprise-wide change management initiatives, or other significant projects: integrations, acquisitions, divestitures would be a major plus. In addition exceptional stakeholder management skills will be needed, as there is a high degree of interaction with very senior executives. Vision, experience, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans are requirements, as is a proven ability to manage change, and to balance competing priorities.
